FEES AND INSURANCE

Payment in full is requested at the time of scheduling. Most forms of payment are accepted including PayPal, MasterCard, VISA, Apple Pay, Discovery, American Express, personal check, debit card, and cash.  While we do not participate in Medicare and other insurance panels, we can accept Medicare insured patients under private contract. If we enter into a private contract,  both parties agree not to bill Medicare. However, some secondary insurers may pay a portion of the cost of your evaluation. 

We do not bill or otherwise deal directly with insurance companies.  If you wish to bill your insurance company, we recommend that you contact your carrier prior to scheduling an appointment to clarify their payment policies when services are provided by a non-participating or out-of-network provider. We  recommend inquiring  about reimbursement for the following commonly used billing codes (i.e., CPTs):

96116- Neurobehavioral Status Exam by Licensed Psychologist (1 hour)

96112- Each additional 60 minutes

96136- Psychological or Neuropsychological Test Administration by Licensed Psychologist (30 minutes)

96137- Each additional 30 minutes

96132- Neuropsychological Testing Services by Licensed Psychologist (1 hour)

96133- Each additional 60 minutes

96130- Psychological Testing Services by Licensed Psychologist (1 hour)

96131- Each additional 60 minutes

96146- Psychological or Neuropsychological Test Administration by a Computer (1 Unit)
